I’m a product design person. In a nutshell, I put together stylized rectangles that are backed by business strategy, user feedback, and an understanding for compromise in the organization.

I’m the lead product designer at Barley, building and scaling our team, products, and processes to help reshape how organizations tackle fair and equitable compensation. On the side, I am a lead instructor for UX design at Brainstation.
